The front counter staff showed no customer service skills, and despite asking for my order made to eat in, it was made to go. Furthermore, the burger was completely crushed beneath the fries, which themselves were soft and under-fried. Won’t be back.
As I waited for my eat-in order - a chubby chicken burger with no mayo and fries, I was bewildered to see my order pop up on the counter in a paper bag. "Chubby with no mayo and fries", the worker said. I shrugged the slight error off as a miscommunication, until I realised my burger did in fact have mayonnaise. When I returned the staff showed no sympathy or social skills. I likely won't be back.
